Noel Coppins is the co-owner of RE/MAX Jazz and founder of WEEMAX Children’s Charities.  In the past, she has taken us on an exploration of the revival of hope in the world of philanthropy as she shared the discoveries that impacted her most about the new dynamics operating in the arena of charitable giving. Through the birth and success of WEEMAX, Noel identified 8 catalysts for resurrecting hope that can be implemented in any team environment to bring out enthusiasm, determination and cohesiveness from the disenchanted and disengaged, resulting in individuals who are profoundly transformed from the inside out, who go on to change the way customers are treated, the way business is transacted and the way community is built. Noel’s message is simple and clear: lead with hope.

In her 3rd year on the speaking team for the Day of Hope and Leadership, Noel represents the voice of small business and entrepreneurship and is honored to facilitate our event this year.

Noel Coppins was born and raised in Oshawa and represents the third generation of her family to proudly call Oshawa home. Noel has spent the last 25 years cultivating a reputation for knowledge and integrity in her very successful, award winning real estate sales career. In 2009, Noel and her husband Dave opened RE/MAX Jazz Inc. with 48 sales associates and an overwhelming desire to reinterpret the workplace environment for agents in general and redefine the relationship between management and sales force in particular. Over the past five years the company has tripled in growth and has been awarded the RE/MAX Broker/Owner of the Year for Ontario and Atlantic Canada in 2011, and in 2012, the RE/MAX Broker/Owner of the Year for all of Canada.

A few words from Noel Coppins…

In this brief video, Noel gives insight to how The Day of Hope and Leadership event really is for everyone.

“Everyone has leadership in them…” and Day of Hope and Leadership works together to make everyones’ pool of opportunity “a little easier to swim in.”

We look forward to seeing you there!
